Our Doctor

Dr. Ankur Singh is a dynamic Orthopedic Surgeon with a vast experience of more men 13 years. He has a special interest in Arthroscopy and sports medicine, Arthroplasty and is passionate about me evolving field of Knee and Shoulder Surgery. After completing his post-graduation from KIMS Govt. Hospital, Hubli Dr. Ankur joind Max Super speciality Hospital, Saket where he did his two years of Arthroplasty training program under Renowned Surgeon Dr. SKS Marya.

He was exposed to all types of Primary, Complex and revision Knee, Hip and Shoulder Arthoplaties, Dr. Ankur Later Pursued his advanced fellowship in Arthroscopy and Revision Arthroplasty under world renowed surgeon Dr. Sachin Tapasvi at ISAKOS, USA accredited center, Knee on Pursing Speciality training in knee and shoulder surgeries, he further pursued his advanced training at world.

Renowned Sports Injury Centre ‘GelenkPunkt Institute’ at Innsbruck, Austria, Under Guidance of Professor Christian Fink and Christian Hoser Dr. Ankur had the opportunity to look closely and perform variety of primary and Revision Arthroscopy surgeries on elite athletes and Austrian Population.

Dr. Ankur also had a great opportunity to learn from world master of Osteotomy Surgeries “Professor Kristian Kley” at London Osteotomy Center. To keep himself abreast about latest innovations and techniques Dr. Ankur routinely attends various national and international Conferences.

He also has numerous publications in national and international Journals to his Credit. Dr. Ankur has special expertise in treating various stages of Osteoarthritis in form of both conservative and surgical management. He is well adept to various Arthroscopic Procedures, Ligament Repair and Reconstruction, cartilage preservation, treatment of fractures and Arthroplasty  (Replacement) Surgery.

Dr ankur is expert in his work with excellent behaviour.nusing staff is very very cooperative and professionally well trained.apollo spectra hospital is ideal place for knee surgery.The negative point is their physiotherapy department,specially the lady heading it who seems to have least concern about welfare of parents.she may prove to be a liability to this hospital in future.

Dr. Ankur Singh is awesome . He did my Shoulder Surgery. I had my first visit with Dr.Ankur Singh due to very badly fractured my Shoulder. I am very impressed and pleased with the friendliness. He care about his patients and carefully explains all procedures so the patient fully understands what is involved. He follows the the Patient’s progress after the Surgery to ensure everything goes smoothly. All follow – up appointments are very helpful.Dr. Ankur Singh and his staff are consistently friendly and professional. I am seen in a reasonable amount of time and any questions, I have after my appointment are always answered. He is not an excellent Doctor, he is simple, superb human being, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless services. I was in severe pain. My left hand and shoulder’s movements were restricted. Despite visiting many doctors and physiotherapist there was no relief. Then I got Dr Ankur’s reference from one of my colleagues. He was the first doctor who listened carefully and suggested MRI. His treatment worked really well and in very less time I started feeling better. He is soft spoken, polite and intelligent. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a good orthopaedic.
